Not happy with any of the services, but, the office staff in particular is unable to correctly identify the correct patient and connect it with the correct insurance information. I was continually contacted for a home visit and repeatedly advised them it was not I......they have repeatedly billed my insurance company for charges unrelated to my care......I have long since (years) left their practice and am still receiving incorrect charges (for a different patient) on my insurance.
