Dr. Bruce A. Martin is incompetent and a buffoon. I had a test performed at his direction and didn't receive results for over 4 months -- after numerous telephone messages to him AND two letters. I only received the results after I went to his office to complete paperwork to have my files removed and sent to a new doctor. I have filed a formal complaint with the Ohio State Medical Board about his incompetence. I would caution anyone needing medical care to stay away from this jerk.
