I went to see Dr Gullickson for ankle pain. I had already had surgery in 1994 with another doctor. I gave him the surgeons report from 1994. X-Rays were done in the office and I was quickly fitted with a boot and was given sample meds to take. I was scheduled for an MRI which I had to pay to have done. I called 2 days later and complained with the pain I was in and was told to double the meds he had given me. I was only given 9 pills and had to wait 7 days to see him. Does that add up? I wen...
