Dr. Lepoutre is the most compassionate and knowledgeable MD ever. She listens and observes and has a gift of identifying physical with psychological concerns. She is truly a gifted psychiatrist. I am bipolar II and because of Dr. Lepoutre and my own desire to take care of myself; I am feeling truly stable and content for the first time in my life. Dr. Lepoutre is a gem. Thank you; Esther
