From signing-in to checkout, the staff was fantastic!
I was running late & they were still willing to see my daughter and me. The receptionist was sweet & helpful! The nurse, doctor, and audiologist were thorough. Upon checkout, my daughter wanted a squishy toy & the staff were accommodating. Start to finish, the office was wonderful.

It was such a professional, caring experience.
I haven’t seen Dr. Bonafede in over 14 years, and I couldn’t believe how he still manages his amazing professionalism, with such care and concern for his patients. He does his procedures with such precision, you never experience any discomfort.

First time visit and felt comfortable.
My experience with the entire staff was excellent. This was my first time at this practice and have never been to an ENT before. The audiologist was friendly and comforting. She clearly set expectations. Dr. Bonafede was great, he took the time to listen to me and clearly explain his thoughts. I left feeling that I was in good hands. I would return to this office.

Thankful
I walked into the office without an appointment. My nose had been bleeding for close to an hour. I asked if it were possible for me to see a doctor. For it was there or the ER. The woman at the front desk told me to wait a minute. She got me in! The doctor was extremely nice. I told him my story, he started the examination. He ended up cauterizing the vessel. He told me I was a good patient. I go back in 2 weeks for a follow up. Thank you once again.

My first visit and I was pleased and relieved to find a doctor who actually listened to my concerns and fears about my health. He helped me organize my next steps and even referred me to another doctor. I am glad I went. The office was also organized and pleasant.

I felt comfortable with, and listened to by Dr.Bonafede.
There was no getting around some discomfort with the procedure, I guess, but Dr. Bonafede was obviously very experienced, and it wasn’t too bad.
He also seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being, which is not always the case these days.
