this man spent 5 min with my mother after she broke a hip and ended up in an emergency room - operated on her, never consulted with waiting family members and refused to return calls - neither he nor his staff- unbelievable!!No concern or information given. Hopefully she will not suffer for this mistake.
I can't express my frustration at this point - but never again will I not demand more of a hospital and staff
