Dr. Schaffer is knowledgeable, kind, and takes his time when interacting with his patients. He never acts like questions are an inconvenience. He makes sure the patient is well informed and comfortable with all aspects of treatment.

I’ve seen Dr. Schaefer a few times over the years. He performed a tonsillectomy for me at 46...great outcome. This Dr. Scores 100% across the board from knowledge to application of skill. His bedside manner and genuine demeanor has always been great to interact with. I couldn’t recommend a doctor more. He was recommended to me by one of my co-workers at AFD. I send anyone I know looking for a good ENT to Dr. Schaefer.

Personable physician
