Dr. Scott Celin

High praise all around for Dr. Celin. My issue is the office 24hr cancellation policy and the billing staff. I find these people to be APPALLING! They have NO compassion, they do not ask nor do they care why you cancelled. They DO NOT care if you had an emergency. To say they are RUDE would be offering them a kindness, they are so disgusting, rude would be an upgrade. They will send you to a collection agency so fast your head will spin. I filled out this long questionnaire detailing all the symptoms and drugs I was on. Then an assistant came in and asked all the same questions, typing the answers into a computer. Then the doctor came in, and he'd never reviewed any of it! I had to tell him all again, and he must not have been listening, because I had to tell him again over the phone! And his "diagnosis" was that the condition was all in my head!!! Yeah, right! He's useless! I ended up having to go to another doctor.
