I called and made an appointment for my son who was four at the time of the appointment. The person scheduling knew his age because they took all of his information but failed to mention that they do not treat children at that office so the whole appointment was a waste. I waited for two and half hours before being called into the room. I stood up while so other people older than I could sit in the waiting room. They did apologize for the wait upon putting me in the exam room, but then the room was dirty. I an usually not a complainer , but I found this very unprofessional. There were dirty needles out, both trash cans were over flowing, blood droplets on the floor, and the spot on the exam table covering I found unacceptable. He apologized again for my wait...
