Dr. Randolph Cook, MD

Total knee replacement - very successful. Dr. Cook and his staff are excellent, they provide professional and caring support. The staff handled all of my insurance, scheduling, and follow-up in a cheerful and efficient manner. Dr. Cook was willing to answer all questions and take the time to provide explanations when I didn't understand medical terms or procedures. I would recommend Dr. Cook to anyone needing orthopedic care.

First off, the scheduling office is utterly useless and very disorganized. My primary doctor's office had to fax over my referrals 3 times before their office finally received them. Each of the three times, when I called to confirm them being sent, their office would make up these bizarre excuses and blame it on the primary.
