So efficient which is valuable these days
The tech who performed the actual tests was personable and informative. Dr. Downing then reviewed my results quickly, allowing me to obtain my surgical clearance. I barely had to wait, from checking in to checking out - all a positive experience.

Walk-in clinic time is crunched
Dr Downing listened and paid attention when he came in. He did want to help and that was a comfort. When your time is up and you have another question bc you forgot... it's tough to get him back cuz he's moving on already.
Overall the walkin clinic is great.. it's a good place. Dr Downing is a good man and I'm glad he's there

The experience was fine. I had wanted to ask a follow-up question, but the Dr was already with another patient, so did not get a good opportunity to follow up. Dr did provide the recommendation and took some action as I had expected.

My experience was very positive.
The Dr. listened to my description of the pain I was experiencing. He said my exam was more positive than what the x-rays indicated. He administered a shot which was right on target and painless. I now have no pain in the area.

In and out!
Great visit. Was able to call and schedule an appt for the same day which minimized wait time. We were in and out in 1 hour and that included X-rays, physician consultation, check out and follow-up appointment scheduled.

Always get great and advice and relief from back pain.
I’m a stylist and on my feet long hours. I have back issues and when I found Dr. Downing he gave great relief and introduced me to exercises that really help me stay out of pain.

thorough evaluation
I was experiencing severe pain in my index finger due to a laceration which had become infected. The receptionist was able to get me a next day appointment. Dr. Downing ordered an MRI to determine the extent of the infection and also prescribed antibiotics. I felt very secure with his treatment and experienced positive results. I would highly recommend.
