Dr. Bridget Briggs, MD

I have been with Dr. Briggs for over a year and whether it's in her office or via phone visit the staff and Dr. Briggs are very courteous. Its very easy to make appts with Dr. Briggs and the helps when I have concerns. Dr. Briggs never makes me feel rushed her quality of care is wonderful! As for her staff they are very nice always have a smile on their faces we are always greeted and acknowledged when we leave. Thank you and your staff for taking good care of me Valerie Gomez

This is the worst dr's office in every single aspect. Horrible Service I have EVER seen. Its so bad that it is unbelievable and funny. from the front office to the nurses to the office manager to the doctors. They lack accuracy and lose information. They do not follow up with you. They are rude. They do not send auth requests or contact the specialists. They leave you in the dark completely about everything. Do not waste your time here.

Went in for a 1st time visit and I had the WORST experience ever! The staff is horrible. They seem to enjoy mocking you behind your back...really bad office staff. Never got in to see the doctor...got sick of waiting for over an hour. BTW, I was on time!!!!!
