This woman has tried to kill me on 3 occassions. She has written me drugs I am allergic too. When I questioned it she said "You are not a Doctor". I said that Bactrim DS was not a sulfa drug (which I am allergic too). My pharmacy refused to fill the drug because of my known allergy and called the office and she would re-write it.
