Very rude and unprofessional staff - including the Physicians and the PA. Do not ever waste your time or trust your medical care with these people.

First the Good News: Dr. G. Wright prescribed bio-identical hormone replacement, which at the time, I needed badly. She didn't charge like other Drs. whom I had phoned concerning bio hormones( ie, 4 visits @ $1400.00 blood tests not included, Drs weren't accept insurance). She took a simple blood test and prescribed the meds which I purchased from a compounding pharmacy. Dr. Wright also approved of saliva testing. {Now the Bad News} Dr, G. It's really sad that she doesn't seem to be able to say "no" to new patients. The quality of my care has slipped since they first opened, and I am actively seeking a new doctor. Last time I had blood work done, I had to call for my own results after a week, then I didn't get any explanations, just that everything was normal. They just have too many patients to really show patient care anymore.

Staff is very unprofessional and rude. I was called by, what I assumed was the nurse, and was given results of a MRI. I had a couple of simple questions. My questions were met with short dismissive answers. I was then informed that I would be referred to a specialist. Can you imagine receiving information that your spine is narrowing and not having any questions answered? I then asked to speak with a doctor or a PA. I was told that neither will come to the phone.
