This physician is egotistical and is unable to refrain from separating her personal bias to her professional treatment of patients. Her "bedside manner" would be inappropriate for a systemic medical doctor, but for a psychiatrist it is deplorable. She does not take into account past treatment, she is adversarial in her doctor/patient relationship and if she will withhold treatment if she feels like doing so.
