I scheduled a follow-up appointment to review the results of my MRI's (both shoulders) for Wed. 6/21/2017 at 12:45. I arrived a little early and check in with the desk and she commented that I was checked in. I waited until 2PM and I had still not been called in to see the Dr.. While waiting to see the Dr. another 11 patients came in and each were call back to the exam rooms. Finally I informed the receptionist that I had been waiting over an hour, I received no response.
