While Dr. Brackin has good medical knowledge, this does not outweigh the poor communication protocol of the office. You must always leave a message and are never able to speak with anyone unless someone calls you. The URGENT phone line is never checked nor are calls returned. There is no office manager and it's not possible to log a complaint since the doctor's are highly protected from the patients unless you have an appointment.
