I was upset to see that Dr. Nicoletti had such a bad review, it seems like the last person had a bad experience unfortunatley. I started looking for a new Doctor when my old one was so busy that it was hard to get in for an appointment with him and was recommended to Dr. Nicoletti by someone. I love that she does same day appointments, just make sure you call first thing in the morning because they fill up fast. The MAs are super friendly and always remember me. Dr. nicoletti and her medical assistants ave got to be some of the most unprofessional medical staff I have ever dealt with, very rude, sarcastic, do not return phone calls, do not follow up on anything , they have no knowledge , I think the MA's went to a 6 month school, they do not enjoy what they do, their attitude it that you are bothering them when I call and ask for information or test results. By far the worst ofice I have dealt with.
