first appointment, not enough specimen. Second appointment, they double booked and gave me a physicians assistant. They also said they would not charge but because I asked a question they did. Third appointment they followed up with results by mail. When I called to inquire they told me I would need to make another appoitment. Office hours are very inconvenient for any working women. 0pen till 4 on M-th and 12pm Fri. No late days and they do not answer phones from 12pm - 1:30pm.
