Dr. Jansen has been the pediatrician for all three of my children. I have no problems with Dr. Jansen. His staff, however, is rude and unaccommodating. They act as if you are annoying them when you call to make an appointment and you never see any of them smile. I do like Dr. Jansen, but have considered taking my children elsewhere because of the ladies at the front desk.
Sometimes simply saying "your welcome" with a smile goes a long way.
