This man administered the shots for my son for his first year of his life and 4 years later when my son was going to start school is when I discovered he never entered the records in the system. After showing up and calling his office several times he would not come out and face me and give me an explanation. I decided to contact HIPPA and according to compliance they must keep records for 7 years. I had to contact my insurance to issue me the claim statements to be able to send my son to school
