Doing great without surgery!

Highly recommend!

Great relief with Scrambler Therapy!

Very good treatment option. I was dealing with chronic nerve damage and peripheral neuropathy in both feet for over 35 years. So bad I had to use oxycodone for pain. After treatment I have no more pain 24/7/365 like before. No more oxycodone pills. Absolutely, positively, highly recommend the scrambler and laser treatments. I can now sleep at night without pain for the first time in years.

Very happy!

Thanks to Dr Alexander and his nursing staff for always caring for me. The warm welcomes always make me look forward to my office visits. I am feeling better with the treatments. Really great results!

I couldn't drive or sleep without pain. Sleeping was becoming more and more difficult. Dr Alexander read my MRI and immediately knew the right treatment. I had two injections and laser therapy. My pain went from a 10/10 down to a Zero after the injections and treatments. Awesome people as well Thanks!

Five star spine practice.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr Alexander and his staff. Dr Alexander was quick to determine where my pain was coming from and developed a plan for eliminating the pain. He and his staff are excellent at listening to their patients which resulted in a much faster recovery for me. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended!

I've been very impressed with Dr Alexander and his staff. When I first came in I was in so much pain and could hardly walk. After a few treatments he had me back walking. Today I am able to walk over a mile with no pain and increasing the distance. Thank you for everything! Highly recommended to anyone.

Feeling great again!

I was very pleased when one of the first things Dr Alexander said was "We don't do surgery here" to be sure I understood that. It gave me confidence this was not a bait and switch deal. I liked that an MRI was ordered immediately so there was no guesswork going on. The visits were timely and the treatment was very effective in alleviating my pain.

Highly recommend.

For many years I had severe back pain. I explored many avenues trying to get relief. It seemed like there was no hope other than painful surgery. Treatment from the Non-Surgical Spine Center has made my pain go away. Even the nerve pain is improved. This has been an excellent experience.

Feeling so much better!

The staff was amazing!

I came in with low back pain that I've suffered with for many years since my military service. The doctor recommended non-surgical treatments that provided some relief while we waited for images from my MRI. The post MRI treatments worked wonders and now only 10 days out I am already feeling like a new man. If the pain returns I know exactly who I'll be coming back to. Highly recommended! Very professional and courteous.

Pain Free!

The experience at your facility was FIVE STAR. Dr Alexander was the first physician to identify my leg pain was radiating from from spine. I am now pain free after one treatment with a cortisone shot. It took many months and countless visits with other physicians and physical therapists before I found Dr Alexander and reached this point. I am very pleased with the results!

Life changing results!

On my first visit I had so much pain going down my right leg and my foot was tingling. My expectations were definitely met. Today I have no pain after treatment. The results have changed the quality of my life. I now have no limits with walking, gardening, or house chores. I am happy!

Back to my life!

As of today I do not have any pain at all. I am back to walking my treadmill daily, crossing my legs without discomfort, and making dinner for my family without crying through the pain. Great practice!

Highly recommend!

I had debilitating back pain and thanks to the efforts of Dr Alexander and his staff I am able to walk stand sit and do my daily activities with relatively no pain! Laser therapy has been a great treatment option along with steroid injections to get me back up on my feet. Their staff is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone on the Charleston area that is looking for fantastic care!

So much better now!
