I have been seei.ng Dr toliver for the past 5 years for chronic back pain. He is the best pain management Dr I have seen by far and I have been to many doctors and 5 back surgeries and thanks to Dr Toliver he has gotten my pain under control..I highly reconmend him to anyone..Great Dr..
