For example, not returning my voice messages after leaving several urgent messages with the doctor, and not confirming appointments which I need as single mom who runs two businesses, and who is suffering from the loss of my 1 1/2 year olds father.

Terrible experience during a time in which I needed the support of my doctor and his medical staff.
