Dr. Catherine Murray, MD

I have Crohn's disease and it is usually under control, but I had a flare up and I was in a SEVERE amount of pain. I went to see Dr. Murray (she was my regular doctor), and asked her to treat me. She said no! Can you believe that a doctor wouldn't treat a patient's symptoms? I was shocked. She said that she would schedule a colonoscopy to find out what is wrong and treat that, but she wouldn't treat my symptoms. I thought doctors were supposed to treat the problem and the symptoms.
