Doc Ament is a great doc and is really cares about his patients. His staff though are not the same. They never answer the phone or return calls. They always blame the insurance company or hospital as to why things are wrong on billing or scheduling. I would keep going to Dr. Ament if he would get new staff. It's like having a restaurant with good cook but horrible waiters.
