I went Dr Grundberg to have a peroneal tendon repair and screws placed in my ankle for stabilization. It has now been ten months since my surgery in May 2011, and my ankle is NOT much better than it was prior to the surgery. I was a very active, healthy person, and an avid exerciser....walked/ran up to 6 miles every day, and now I can't even walk 1/2 a mile on my treadmill without sheer pain and tons of swelling. DO NOT GO TO "DR." GRUNDBERG!!!! I implore you to find someone else for a diagnosis...
