Dr. Frankenberg himself is not horrible just should spend more time with his patients and do a proper physical exam. How can you relly feel a patients stomach with them sitting up. I do not constitute taking my blood pressure, temperature, and look in my eyes and ears as a yearly physical.
The office staff is very rude, sassy and incompetent which has caused me to find another doctor!
