Dr. Harkin is the best of the best !!! He diagnosed my COPD some years ago and has been diligent in seeing and re-examining me and prescribing very adequate medicine and I feel very fortunate to have him in charge of my COPD !! All Doctors should be
as competent and professional as he is and we would have a much healthier nation !
