It's difficult to be critical about details when the end results are that 'I'm fixed'! I no longer snore (without having to use that awkward machine) and I can breathe through both nostrils.
Any issues I may have had with the office & appointments & waiting were par for the course and would never prevent me from using Dr. Light for all my future needs (although I hope there will be none).
