I received very poor treatment from Dr. Robin Lowitz and FNP Jeanette Dillman at the Russian River Health Center in Guerneville, CA. back in 1997. I was given cause of action to sue as a result, but chose instead to write a letter of complaint to the RRHC instead... Lucky break for both of these harpys!
