I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery and follow up care.
The surgery went very well and I am optimistic about my recovery. Immediately following surgery I felt I needed more information, however through follow up visits I received the answers I needed. I would like to thank Dr. Putnam for repairing the damage, I couldn't ask for a better outcome. Now the remainder of recovery is up to me to regain range of motion and ankle strength, thanks again.

Dr. Putnam spent time with me diagnosing my R shoulder cuff tear arthropathy and describing treatment.
Dr. Putnam did a basic exam of my R shoulder, comparing it to my L shoulder. After reviewing the X-ray, he recommended a shoulder replacement. He gave a thorough explanation of the procedure and timeline for recovery. He offered me confidence that the replacement can ease my pain and may increase some mobility of my R shoulder.

Distal radius fracture leading to surgery.
