Saw Dr. Brady 3x's. He documented an ankle replacement revision for the wrong foot, until my husband and I corrected at pre-op visit. He still ordered for wrong ankle. Cancelled surgery after receiving anesthetic, deadening foot for 36-hours. Failed to discharge, failed to order DME, failed to notify me he had rescheduled, which I cancelled. The message is FAILED all the way around. Does not listen, and pays little attention to details.
