don't try to get anything faxed or even a simple phone call taken care of. this staff puts you on the back burner. i've had a claim waiting for info from them for a month and i call everyday to get it faxed and everyday im told they have other patients to take care of!!!!! a simple phone call is all they have to do!!!!!!!!
