Dr. Reginald Lord, MD

He has been my son's doctor since he was born at the hospital 6 years ago. Every time we go in he is really fast with the actual visit, the wait time is always pretty long considering. This last appointment we had they had the wrong chart and kept addressing my son by a different name, despite the fact that I corrected them multiple times. As stated, Dr. Lord has been my sons doctor since birth and even he didn't recognize his OWN PATIENT of 6 years. Never carries the flu shot either.

I have been to see Dr. Lord with my grandson twice now both times I was refused any input into care of my grandson. poor doc.
