Mr Frain secured incorrect information and made a decision, which is understandable. He made that decision without consulting me(patient)for validity, which I do not understand. He took over a month to inform a patient with a heart concern to seek other treatment. I my opinon, his professional demeanor and personality are severly lacking. I strongly suggest to all other heart patients to seek out a more compassionate provider.
