My over all experience was rather well w/the staff at Dr. Ward's/ Family Healthcare of Chipley. I did not have an appointment and they where able to work me in I had a very bad sinus infection. I had never been seen there before, but I was seen in a timly fashion. The office staff was very friendly, and helpful. The nurses were as well they were also very knowledgable. My 3 year old daughter was very sick Friday, February 19, 210. I called Dr Ward's office to see if they could just squeeze her in even if she was the last seen so I could find out what was wrong with her.
