Ratna Acharya MD is a clinical associate professor in the Division of General Pediatrics in the Department of Pediatrics. She joined the UF Health in 2013 after serving as an assistant professor at Frederick Memorial Hospital, Maryland; Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital at St Louis University, and State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dr Acharya completed her pediatric residency at Children's National Health System, Washington DC in 2010. She is board certified in General Pediatrics. She is interested mainly in adolescent health issues including normal growth and development, ADHD, anxiety, depression, sexually transmitted infections, contraception, mental health and various other pediatric and adolescent issues.
