    Dr. Lin is an amazing ENT

    After seeing 2 Urgent Care doctors my issue wasn’t resolved. Looked for an ENT and found Dr. Lin. and was seen l that same day. He was able to see the issue happening in my throat and with the meds he prescribed I felt great relief, on the first day of taking the meds. He was very thorough, kind, friendly and explained everything clearly. Without a doubt I will return to him for any ENT issues, should they arise. Thanks Dr. Lin!!

    I felt heard even without a voice.

    Dr. Lin’s office was very busy and always full. When a specialist is this busy, sometimes they are too busy to listen to what the patient is saying. Not Dr. Lin. I was desperate to get my sinus infection under control. Dr. Lin was attentive to the sensitivity I had to certain medications and he advised me of the best path to good health. When I lost my voice, even though I couldn’t really advocate for myself he could hear what I needed and he really took the time to help me. If you need an ENT, Dr. Lin is the best I have ever seen.

    I felt like he knew what he was doing.

    He is actually a good doctor and a doctor who follows up with the patient. I liked that he took time to call me to see how I was doing after 3 days that I saw him.

    Dr Lin gave me a great experience.

    While I appreciate and have high regard for Dr Lin, I find the service from the office and staff to be indifferent, cold, aggressive and somewhat inept. Long hold times when I call, excessive time needed to simply make an appointment, no greeting or welcome when I arrive at the office ... just "Are you checking in? Sign there and do a temperature check there." It all makes me wish Dr Lin worked in a small office with a single receptionist rather than in a huge practice that seems more like a big, impersonal business with no real interest in their customers.
