Thoughtful and Thorough.
Dr Clearfield and his staff and friendly and thorough. Dr. Clearfield takes his time and explains each step of your appointment in detail. Each time I leave the office I not only feel better physically but I am armed with tools to continue my healing process at home with exercises and detailed handouts. I recommend Motion in Medicine! Very happy with with outcome and experience.
Dr.C and his team are very helpful and thorough with everything. Dr.C will explain everything in detail when he diagnosis you with anything. He will even draw you the anatomy of areas affected and show you were the issue may be. He is very detailed person and will make sure you understand and answer all your questions.

Way better than anticipated
I went into to see Dr C after having an MRI and being diagnosed with a severe hip injury. Being a full time horse trainer that rides 25+ horses a day, travels and shows horses nationally this injury could have had a huge impact on my career and my future as an athlete. Dr C took listened intently to me very well in my explanation of my career and the urgency of my recovery as well as took my injury very seriously and he and his staff acted quickly after my consultation. We talked over all options of treatment and after deciding that prolotherapy was my best option with the limited time I had to heal we proceeded with the injections. After 4 days I was completely pain free for the first time in 4 months, at the two week mark I had my follow up appointment to find everything was healed way faster than expected and second injections were not needed! I highly recommend Dr C! He is polite, informative and knowledgeable as well as having great bed side manner and is a miracle worker!

Former wrestler like myself, we hit it off right away. Was able to quickly identify my issues and expert opinion on how to get me right all while avoiding surgery.

Fixed my problem
I came to Dr. Clearfield with hip pain that I had had for more than a year. He diagnosed it as tendinitis and prescribed physical therapy. Two months later, the pain is gone.

Dr. Dan is awesome!
I went to see Dr. Dan for a shoulder problem. He was very thorough with his examination. I was very happy to find out my shoulder could be treated with a series of daily exercises instead of with surgery. Thank you, Dr. Dan! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Clearfield and his staff are wonderful
We were referred to Motion is Medicine after my son suffered a concussion while playing soccer. I was very nervous but Dr Clearfield made us feel so at ease. He walked me through everything and was so attentive. He communicated with my sons school to make sure he received the academic accommodations he needed while healing. I would absolutely recommend him and his staff.

Great experience with Dr Clearfield
After seeing several doctors and trying Physical Therapy for back and hip pain, nothing seemed to help. I found Dr Clearfield. He diagnosed the problem and started treatment. After 3 visits, my hip pain is completely gone and the back pain is much improved.

I only needed one visit!
I was having a problem in my hip area for a couple of months. Dr C figured out the issue and gave me certain stretches to do and supplements were recommended that I chose to start as well. Within two week I was running without pain! I was lucky I thought it would go on way longer. I recommend this office especially if you have a sports injury you need to figure out!

Treated feet and wrist pain effectively
Visited Dr. Clearfield because of wrist pain and feet pain that was interfering with my ability to workout. After a few visits, I was able to return to running and yoga pain free. Very happy with the service.

Amazing!
Dr. Clearfield was so thorough in his examination. He took the extra time to listen as well as explain his thought process. His level of patient education exceeds the norm in medicine. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend.

Great Experience and Communication

Pain Free!
I saw Dr. Clearfield after my orthopedist made me to believe I was out of options and thought I'd have to live with knee pain forever. However, Dr. Clearfield listened carefully and gave me lots of different options for treatment!
I ended up getting ultrasound and an injection to my knee that first appointment and was able to gain full range of motion of my knee again! Almost a year later I’m STILL doing great and can do all my sports activities!
I highly recommend Dr. Clearfield!

Highly recommended!
I had been having headaches and neck muscles spasms on almost a weekly basis for quite some time. I had tried pretty much every other remedy - Advil, Tylenol, ice packs, topical creams, and even prescription migraine medications but my symptoms persisted. It was frustrating having these headaches so often and not much relief from medications. I saw Dr C for OMT on my neck and an occipital nerve block about 6 months ago and pretty much have been symptom free since. The nerve block procedure was quick and painless. He was able to do it the same day, and I had no downtime afterwards.
It’s so nice not having to rely on carrying around a bottle of Advil with me or just getting drowsy from prescription migraine medication side effects. He definitely helped me with my frequent headaches and am able to function so much better without worrying about getting headaches. Thanks Dr C!

From beginning to end my experience was exceptional.
Dr. Clearfield was kind, knowledgeable, and comforting. My experience could not have been any better. Everything was explained in terms I could clearly understand. I had a stem cell retrieval from my hip and placed into my knee. The procedure took just over an hour, and was pain free. The needle ninja was on point. The staff is fantastic. I have been a patient of Dr. Clearfield for several years for a complex knee problem. Dr Clearfield is very knowledgable, patient, and always advocates for his patients. He is truly an expert in his field. My knee has greatly improved since seeking treatment with him.

Dr Clearfield managed my daughters wrist pain
Dr Clearfield saw my oldest daughter back in May for a potential wrist fracture. Dr Clearfield examined her wrist, referred us for imaging and explained the wrist sprain v fracture. Could not have been more pleased with our experience. I highly recommend Dr Clearfield!

Very knowledgeable of childs injury
My daughter was having foot pain. Dr. C was very knowledgeable about her issue and how to fix it. He is also very good with kids. My kid had severs and apophysitis. He helped my daughter get back to feeling better and back to her sport.

Effective, honest, timely medical advice
Start to finish very professional and trustworthy. Last minute appointment made right after injury occurred. Doctor C took time to physically examine the injury and asked great questions. He seemed confident in his diagnosis and prognosis, even gave a correct healing timeline.Follow-up was easy. I'm going to recommend this practice in the future.
