I've been seeing Paula for years, and am consistently delighted with her care and caring. We know all about each other's lives at this point, and I look forward to my visits. Paula is also very thorough in checking my aids and keeping me up to date with warranty status, what comes next, having periodic hearing tests and the like.

Thorough and excellent

Paula is beyond awesome. As a 12 year cochlear implant user, I needed to replace my processor that has far more sophisticated programming options. Paula was very thorough and patient in explaining the technology and programming options, and ensuring the programs she mapped were a good fit for my hearing needs. I would recommend Paula without reservation!
