After job shadowing my family doctor back in Michigan as a high school student and observing first-hand the special relationships between patients and doctors, I knew that I wanted to become a family physician. My philosophy of care is to provide compassionate and comprehensive health care through evidence-based medicine while tailoring care to a patient’s individual needs and preferences. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as reading, fishing, and gardening.
