Incredible primary care
Dr. Basu was very personable, listened to all my concerns, provided clear explanations and walked me through any decisions that needed to be made. Also provided excellent post-visit follow up.

Took the time to listen and understand my health concern
Dr. Basu was very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. It’s very hard to find a physician that takes the time to understand a patient’s health concerns and address them thoughtfully and not just prescribe. I very much appreciate the time and approach everyone at Firefly health has had. Certainly recommended!

Comfort
Looking for a new PCP is hard in the area I live. I was able to meet the doctor online and establish an appointment within two weeks. When I spoke the doctor listened and asked all the appropriate questions. This experience was wonderful and I look forward to working with this doctor.

Great, informative appointment with a doctor willing to listen.
Dr Basu, is a warm, caring, engaged doftor that is willing to listen and spend time with the patient to hear about all of the issues being experienced. She is excellent.

Good listener who is knowledgeable able my medical background and provides constructive feedback
Dr. Basu is a good listener and asks the most import question of “how are you feeling?” That is both open ended enough to start an open dialogue. She is prepared and understands my medical background but doesn’t jump to conclusions and makes me feel empowered.

Very willing to talk through care options and took her time with me
Dr. Basu consulted with an endocrinologist on my behalf to determine options to help prevent me from developing diabetes despite a strong family history. I appreciate the time she spent with me; she listened to my concerns attentively and was able to address them.

Dr. Basu is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. I am convinced she saved my life by following up with me to do periodic blood pressure checks. She is incredibly understanding and responsive whenever I have any kind of health issue. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Basu and Firefly Health. I am so grateful for the excellent care.
