I could not be any happier with my experience!
I had TKR on both knees. The surgeries went just as expected. The post surgery recovery and rehabilitation plan was amazing. There was never any doubt as to what would happen or what the expectations for me, the patient were. From in home nursing to in home PT I was always able to stay on track and comfortable in knowing what my limitations were. Everyone on the entire team made this a very satisfactory endeavor.

Dr Scott was great and used surgerical center in Post Falls that specializes in this type of surgery. Highly recommend this option if you can.

Total relief from pain! Excellent service, great communication!
The physician evaluated my problem and fixed it. I couldn't be happier! I couldn't stand a 50 mile drive in a car before the surgery and now I can see my family again! Thank you so much for fixing my hip!

I was made to feel that my concerns were valid and explanations were excellent.
Dr Scott listened carefully to my concerns and did a thorough evalutaion of my situation. He did a total revision to a previous knee replacement that turned out excellently. I never thought I could have this much motion in my knee with little or no pain. I would very much recommend Ortho Specialty Clinic to anyone with knee issues.

Dr. David Scott is a top-notch knee surgeon in the Spokane area.
Dr. Scott and his staff are top-notch professionals in the field of knee surgery and care. He and his staff are very thorough in explaining all information in detail about procedures. His staff were continually on call to answer questions and to help in the recovery process. I give this clinic a 10 out of 10 for surgical care and recovery and physical therapy. They definitely have their ducks in a row! I commend Dr. Scott and his staff!!! Thank you so much for making my knee surgery as easy as possible!!

Excellent care from start to finish
SO GRATEFUL for the wonderful fix on a terribly painful knee - I have my life back!! Dr. Scott and the PT staff are excellent providers and I highly recommend their services for knee replacement if needed. There is a lot of hard work involved in PT, but well worth the outcome. THANK YOU!!

Excellent care, excellent result, very satisfied with total experience
Dr. David Scott has performed a total knee replacement sugery on my left knee, a partial replacement on my right knee, and a revision total replacment on my right knee. Throughout 3 surgeries he has been an excellent physician; he is never rushed, answers questions, and is very positive. The quality of care I received at OSC has been exceptional, and my surgeries and recovery have been uneventfuI, the best result. I am very glad that I left my home town for these procedures. I can't recommend Dr. David Scott high enough. 5 stars!

Fantastic diagnostic and surgery experience!
My experience with Dr. Scott was outstanding. He clearly explained both the diagnostic tests (and their results) and treatment plan before and after. The physical therapy personnel are second to none, very knowledgeable and supportive in the healing process for me.

All around the best knee replacement surgical office in my area.
I have suffered for many years with disabling knee pain. Diagnosed as bone on bone in both knees from a long career of outdoor work and play. After being seen by a competing office and getting poor service, difficulty getting scheduling, difficulty contacting scheduling, and the surgeon being rude. What an amazing experience I have had at Orthopedic Specialty Clinic. Dr David Scott has assembled a team of professionals to achieve a surgical success for me. From the friendly staff at reception to the hard working nursing, administration, and PT staff. This facility is the premier surgical joint repair office in Spokane. I followed the protocol for the surgery and achieved a truly fantastic result after just 6 weeks with the help of this special group of medical professionals. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this surgery.

Thorough, very professional team, experience at the surgery center was amazing. They assign a nurse to you & she’s yours for the duration. Was in & back out of the center in 6.5 hours. Follow up after 6 weeks was great. Highly recommend Dr Scott & his team at OSC.

Absolutely great experience, start to finish.
Far exceeded my expectations. After 3 weeks I was on the treadmill and taking stairs. At 5 weeks, walking with no pain 2 miles a day. Surgery could not have gone better and PT at the Doctors office is a must. The PT team was in daily/weekly consult with the Doctor and pushed me right to my limits every visit and ensured I was on track. The at home “tools” were a key. I would HIGHLY Recommend Dr Scott and his entire team.

Excellent care and follow up
Dr Scott listened intently to my initial complaints and did some treatment with medication injections. When this didn’t take care of the entire problem he ordered a diagnostic injection which showed a non emergency hip replacement was in order. I totally understood his explanation. I chose to have the hip replacement several months later. The procedure and after care was excellent. I am very pleased with the experience I had with this provider. He listens and explains thoroughly.

Clear directions pre-op as well as post op! I was excited that the physical therapy was in house. I had a pre-op visit with the physical therapy team and everything was scheduled and ready to begin after surgery!
Everything from beginning, to surgery, to post op was well planned, prepared and communicated. Dr Scott & his team arranged for the ice machine, the continuous motion machine before the surgery date. They also had all of my meds prescribed & ready so I understood everything BEFORE the post surgery fog!
I am back to hiking, long walks with my pups, paddle boarding in the summertime! Playing with the grandkids and all my activities are pain free!

I have known Dr Scott for 19 years.
Dr Replaced my left knee 19 years ago. His pre operation details were better than the other two Orthepeadiactric doctors that I got opinions from. True to his word my leg is the same length as my other one. His office follow up and care were very professional and friendly. I play golf about 3 times a week and work out every week as well. I am very active with yard work and fly fishing. So not sedentary life style. My follow up today shows my knee in great shape, no wear or tare in the plastic disc and the implants still fixed in place as originally placed. I totally recommend Dr David Scott and his practice. He is dry kind, good listener, honest in his opinion. His surgical skill is the best. I feel very fortunate to have had him replace both of my knees. I would very highly recommend him. His staff is excellent as well.

Felt informed enough to make a confident decision
Was seeking a second opinion, and when I met with Dr. Scott I felt he spent time talking to me and getting to know me so that he could accurately set post-op expectations and what changes in life-style would result. The whole experience has exceeded my expectations.
