surgery
i was recently seen by two vascular surgeons. one was modern vascular and i was not pleased by them, the other way ut southwestern on the verge of losing my left great toe. after seeing ut southwestern i got an infection and admitted harris where i met dr paladugu who did surgery and open up some bloackages. he seriously saved my toe i'd recommend him to anyone and everyone. he a great guy with amazing bed side manners.

Best doctor in Fort Worth
He was able to make my ulcers heal after he did the procedure in my right leg. Staff are great and friendly. Dr. Paladugu did a great job!

He provided excellent care for my 89 year old mother da.
I took my mother to Dr. Paladugu as my mother’s last effort to heal her chronic ulcers on both feet. He examined her very thoroughly and came up with a care plan. We did everything that he told us and followed his instructions diligently . My mother’s ulcers are all but gone. I never thought that I would see my mother’s feet almost at 100% healed. Vert happy with the results and very grateful to Dr. Paladugu and his staff for taking such good care of my mother.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Paladugu’s since 2018. I’ve not had one bad experience with this practice. Every vascular or vein problem that I had was always explained in layman’s terms and the procedures have all been successful. He and his wife both are experienced vascular and vein specialist. I am so very pleased with Texas Vein and Vascular Center. I did not realize the heaviness in my legs was what I was feeling until after I had the procedure. Whoa, what a world of difference it made in my walking. The heaviness is gone and I walk with ease! I am very grateful for Dr. Paladugu and all the staff here at Texas Vein and Vascular Center.

Masterful Stentist
My father is 95 years old and ended up in the hospital needing to have amputation in his foot due to blood clot. Dr Paladugu was able to place 3 stents in his leg and restore blood flow so that only one toe was amputated. The result of the stents was instantaneous and my dad's leg kept twitching due to the muscles finally getting significant oxygenation. No more pain in his leg or feet! Follow ups have been complete and very thorough, with significant time spent with each staff member, including Dr. Paladugu. He has a wonderful way of explaining what he is doing and why.

We believe Dr. Paladugu is the reason I still have my foot.
Dr. Paladugu worked for 3 hours in surgery opening up my veins and arteries 3 years ago and for that same length of time making sure they have remained open. We would not want to see another Vascular and Vein Doctor.

Im so thakfull i came across doctor Mythill and her great staff she was able to get all my procedures done fast painless her staff is great specially the ultrasound staff i liked the fact they take the time to explain and not just rush you in and out they actually do care i had 3 procedures done and im so happy excited and inlove with my results definaly recommend this clinic.

carolyn had a pressure wound that had been very slow to heal due to compromsed blood flow in her leg...after seeing dr paladugu and following his recomendations on testing and an angiogram, blood flow was restored and the healing process has begun. we are vert grateful to him and his staff for the wonderful results that we have seen.

after proceedure when we moved from colorado to texas i continued to see dr. Paladugu even though i drive from crystal beach to fort worth for follow ups 6 hours each way

Dr. Paladugu saved my leg and foot
4 years ago he went in and unclotted my leg it was pretty bad, and I asked him to cut it but he said he doesn't cut any more. 3 am I woke up and my leg and foot was looking great! Since that time we've been following up with him and conservative treatment without any unnecessary procedures. We think Dr. Paladugu is a great man. I tried to let him do my heart but he won't :)

I was seen at Harris Southwest hospital where i had surgery by another provider a pseudoaneurysm started and Dr. Paladugu was able to fic my problems. He was very excellent took time to explain the procedure to me over all very pleased

Took great care of my legs
I was admitted into harris hospital with wounds for many years. Was recommended Dr. Ramesh Paladugu who opened my veins and put stents in my leg. My left foot wounds are finally healed after years of struggling with pains and recurrent leg wounds.

Very pleased with my recovery

Dr. paladugu saw me in the hospital at medical city opened up the right common iliac artery that was 100% blocked. MY ABI started off at 0.34 and 0.97 now is 1.34 and 1.15 and able to walk again. His staff is amazing and the office is clean very nice over all

It has been really good and he saved my leg.
I appreciate the fact that he saved my leg from being amputated when all the other doctors and surgeons had given up on me. Dr. Paladugu told me everything straight forward and never skipped over anything, if I didn't understand he took the time to tell me and what was going to happen next. Dr. Paladugu and his staff all provide excellent care. They are professional and truly care about the patient and family members. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand the procedure and the results. We have never had long wait times with any visit we have had including procedures that have been done.
