I love Dr. Hatsis hate the wait time
Staff and Dr. Hatsis are top notch, but the wait time is excessive. At the new location, there is a large wait room with socially distance seating.
When you are called in to complete some preliminary tests, you are placed in a small waiting room with other patients waiting to actually see your doctor. I was in that small, not socially distanced room for 15 minutes or more. It all had a “factory” feel.

A skilled Surgeon who has a welcoming manner that is very comforting for a nervous patient
Surgeon who has a welcoming manner that is very comforting for a nervous patient it has been almost 2 weeks since my surgery and all is going well with one exception. One of the eyedrops recommended by the doctor is Bram site which is not on my insurance company formulary and therefore cost $120 for a tiny bottle. Question is there some substitute that might be more accessible at a lower cost

Lifesaver!
I had injured my eye was in extreme pain… Had spoke to three other doctors first who were most concerned about getting as much money out of me as possible while I was in agony. Thankfully got this doctors number and he was Quick, decisive, and Caring. Would absolutely go back!

During my pre Op and Post Op visits Dr. Hatsis was very patient kind and understanding. He knew I was nervous but assured me I am going to fine. I have White Coat Syndrome every time I have to see any Doctor I become a nervous wreck, but this experience was great I am almost ready for my 2nd surgery. Dr. Alexander Hatsis all the way.
