Excellent doctor who actually listens before making decisions
Excellent overall. She is a great doctor from my one experience with her. She spent a lot of time with me listening to a lot of issues I’ve had before jumping to any conclusions. She is definitely not the “arrogant, I know everything before you even speak” type. She seems kind and like she really wants to figure out the whole picture in order to truly get an accurate diagnosis.

If you want to see a specialist that is thorough
Dr. Chou is caring. She listens. She explains. She enters the details to be documented. She is willing to get reports or results from your phone or fax or if you find them in your internet logins. Her time spent with you is to get all the information to consider, uncover, investigate, & get to the right diagnosis.
I have been raving about her since my appointment.

Thorough assessment
Dr. Chou is very thorough in her examination. This does set her behind in her schedule with long wait times.
Dr. Chou also listens more than she explains. I don’t always know what she’s thinking about diagnosis v just what the next step is.
