The best care I could have asked for
Dr. Bassett and her team really knocked it out the park from beginning to end. I felt heard and understood from day one and I really like that Dr. Bassett only made me aware of how surgery would benefit me without actually forcing the decision to get the surgery. I appreciated that I had a choice. Experiencing surgery during a pandemic where I wasn't allowed a guest to sit in the room with me at the time would've been a lot scarier if Dr. Bassett and her team weren't as kind and caring as they are. My recovery also went along smoothly thanks to Dr. Bassett's PT recommendation (LJ at Professional PT) and again, her team at both the Morristown and Randolph building who made sure I felt okay every step of the way. God forbid I ever find myself in the situation where I need surgery again but if I do, I know I will be in good hands with Dr. Bassett and her team. A very special thank you to Anna for providing the same great quality of care in Dr. Bassett's absence. I'm forever grateful!

Great- better than I expected for shoulder surgery.
Everyone told me horror stories of the surgery I needed, especially the pain and recovery. My surgery and recovery were amazing and it was because of Dr. Bassett and her team, especially Ana. From the original appointment through the final follow up six months after, I could not be more pleased. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful from start to finish
Dr. Bassett and her staff were always terrific. Their respect for me as a patient and for my time was excellent. I had top notch care from diagnosis, thru surgery and follow-up and recovery. All necessary time and care was taken during the entire process. I feel 100% better since my surgery and also feel that I was put in a great position to recover much quicker than I expected. I could not recommend her and this office more highly!

Amazing
I went previously to Dr.Bassett for my PCL surgery and just like last time, she was amazing at communicating what it was going to be like. She thoroughly explained the surgery, what rehab was going to be like and what to expect. Also, she always answered the questions I had.

My experience with Dr. Bassett was wonderfull!
She listened to my concerns, showed complete professionalism, and successfully performed a SLAP tear repair, corrected a bone spur, and corrected my bicep tendonosis of my left shoulder. I am forever grateful to have her as my Dr.!

Excellent services from inception through completion.
Ashley is very clear in explaining the situation, what she plans to do and the results of what she did. I am thoroughly pleased with the interaction and services and, if I ever need orthopedic services again, will definitely try to see her first.

Truly one of the greatest surgeons
From patient care to technical performance, there is no one else like Dr. Bassett. Before she repaired the torn labrum in my shoulder, I was unable to press any weight above my head, swim, run comfortably, or even do simple things around the house like lifting a gallon of milk out of the fridge. But after my surgery was completed by Dr. Bassett and after going to all physical therapy sessions, I am now able to do everything and anything I want or need to do. It's truly as if I reset my shoulder to a time before it was injured. My mobility and strength have been fully restored. Dr. Bassett is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She listened to my concerns about the pain I was experiencing and answered every single question I had. Dr. Bassett was able to create a customized treatment plan for me and made me aware of all the different options we had along each step of the way. I never felt pressured by her to have the surgery but I am so incredibly thankful that she performed it.

Amazing provider who I'd recommend to all in need of an incredible orthopedist!
After a year of no answers and continued pain, I came to Dr.Bassett for a second opinion. Within a month I had a diagnosis and was recovering from arthroscopic knee surgery, feeling better than ever! Dr.Bassett truly encompasses what it means to be a compassionate provider who makes her patients feel heard and valued! I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone in need of an orthopedist. Not to mention her PA, Anna is also amazing! Can't thank this team enough!

Great experience
Best experience I could have possibly had. Dr. Bassett was always a phone call or text away for advice or reassurance in my recovery. This was the first time that I have gone through ACL reconstruction and she made me feel confident that following her instructions would lead me to success. I would 100 percent recommend Dr. Bassett to anyone that will have ACL reconstruction in the future.

Absolutely satisfied from beginning to end with my experience.
I came in for a clavicle fixture surgery and from the beginning was completely put as ease by the attitude and confidence of Dr. Bassett. I could not have asked for a better experience at any time and received the same quality of care from her assistant Anna as well. I would absolutely encourage anyone to work with Dr. Bassett if they needed any related care.

She was saw me as soon as the injury happened and got me into surgery 2 day later. My arm is 100% "fixed" thanks to her. Should anything else happen to me, Dr. Bassett will be my first call! She is the best!

Fantastic experience with TTO MPFL surgery
I got referred to Dr. Bassett's office through worker's comp, and that was a blessing in disguise. Dr. Bassett preformed a TTO MPFL surgery on my knee I felt like I was in very capable hands throughout the whole experience and recovery. I am a young person and this was my first major surgery and I felt like I could go to her with absolutely any question I had no matter how big or small and she would take the time to give me a detailed and thought out explanation. She took every concern I had seriously without making any fears worse. But I feel like her greatest strength was actually her absolute dedication to my overall improvement. I always knew she was on my side and would do anything in her power to make sure I had as comprehensive of a recovery as possible.

A great experience.
Tore ACL, partial meniscus. Throughout the entire experience Dr. Basset was a true professional. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. As well as answered all questions thoroughly and was easy to reach. Would highly recommend Dr. Basset and this practice.

life changing
I had a shoulder surgery for a severely torn labrum. The surgery was much needed and very successful. Dr. Bassett was my biggest cheerleader all along the way. She made me feel confident that I would eventually get back to living life 100% and she was spot on. I couldn't be happier with this result.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Bassett
Dr. Bassett provided the highest level of care for me. I had a meniscotomy after an injury and was in severe pain. Dr. Bassett saw me immediately, scheduled an MRI for that night and personally explained the results to me the next morning over the phone. She then scheduled surgery as soon as possible to assist me as I was still experiencing high levels of pain. Throughout the process, Dr. Bassett took time with me, gave me the highest level of personal attention and performed my surgery with top-notch skill. She is a game-changer. I have not often been treated by a doctor with both high-level expertise and high-level bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Bassett.

Dr Bassett is an excellent Doctor!
From the very beginning of my care for a knee injury , Dr Bassett always made me feel comfortable and explained everything well and answered any questions I had. Because of the severity of my injury I had to have ACL surgery. It was explained to me step by step and what the recovery time would be. I will recommend Dr Bassett to anyone seeking a friendly Doctor for their care.

The experience was fantastic and I felt safe the entire time.
My experience during the Meniscus repair with Doctor Basset was excellent. The Staff and Doctors were very caring and friendly. During this incident, no other doctor would do as good as Doctor Basset.

Extremely comforting and professional process with a lot of positive interaction with Dr. Bassett and her staff.
My ACL was torn in August of 2021. Dr. Bassett performed my surgery late August. She was always very comforting and positive at all of my checkups and had a lot of reassurance for me. The physical therapy helped me build a stronger ACL while building strong relationships with the people there. My overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Dr. Bassett to anyone with my injury.

Great overall experience across the broad.
From day one, I felt very pleased with the process of setting up a plan for my injury. After realizing that surgery was needed and I had a small window of recovery before a planned family vacation. Excellent bedside manor and surgery went flawlessly!
I chose Dr Bassett after visiting a few other specialists to repair my torn pectoral tendon. I immediately felt calm and comfortable when speaking with Dr Basset vs the others I have seen. She answered all of my questions and made me significantly less anxious about the procedure. Surgery went great and her follow up was amazing. Can't recommend Dr Basset enough!

Completely amazing
I heard many horror stories of how painful rotator cuff surgery was. I only needed Tylonol Extra Strength to get me thru the first couple of weeks. I attribute that to the skill of Dr. Bassett. I never had one post surgical issue. I started PT one week after surgery and was done in 4 months with home excercises. I have complete faith in her for any future shoulder problems. Thank you! And thank you Anna. You guys are a talented, upbeat team.

Fantastic
I came in with a fractured shoulder. Dr Bassett worked with me to find the best course of treatment ultimately leading up to shoulder surgery. Every step of the process was simple through the office and with Dr. Bassett. The level of care was top notch. I felt seen and my concerns listened to every time, Dr. Bassetts personal care was exceptional.
