Overview

Dr. Dennis Yun trained in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at the University of North Carolina and Virginia Mason Medical Center, respectively. He is Board Certified in both disciplines by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. Yun continually learns and utilizes the most advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques that can improve the lives of chronic pain patients. His special interests include regenerative therapies (PRP, stem cells), spinal cord stimulation and minimally invasive injections using ultrasound guidance. Dr. Yun believes in a multi-disciplinary approach for pain diagnoses and treatment. He understands the importance of coordinating care with patients primary care providers and specialists. He also encourages his patients to explore complementary treatments, such as acupuncture, to improve their pain condition. Dr. Yun, as well as the entire staff of the California Pain Center, happily welcome all new patients to the practice, where most major forms of medical insurance are accepted.
