Gretta Ellis
Today was my third visit with Gretta. I first started with her a year ago and have been very happy with the results. And, she keeps her appointments on time, no waiting for an hour plus!
She is friendly, very knowledgeable. I am very happy to trust my primary care with her. I can highly recommend her.

blood work & vitamin iv
i would like to get reminders of my appointments thru texting. i like it that my Dr & my Practitioner spends time with me explaining & listening to my concerns. thank you. i like it that i can ask the iv tech & all the nurses any questions & they take time to answer me or find out the answers, i dont like being herded in & herded out. i like it that this staff is honest with me, too. 1 thing i dont really like is not being able to get ahold of my Dr or my Practitioner after hrs/open 4 days only

Excellent Staff
Really appreciate Dr. Kraucak's expertise. Good insights, great diagnostics, but often things feel rushed. After one test the doctor came in and told me things were fine. No explanation. Sometimes caring for and about patients seems to need a little more time than given. If there's not enough time to do that, maybe schedule a few less patients at a time? Thanks for bringing on great staff, especially Gretta!

Pleased with outcome; always thorough but long wait times
Dr. K. always covers all items and tests; he is very thorough. The only complaints I have is multiple appts instead of covering all at once and the long wait times. I wouldn't mind the multiple appts so much if the wait wasn't so extensive. Never in earlier than an hr wait.

Dr. Nelson Kraucak
Dr, Kraucak has been treating my husband and me for 10 years. We have only good things to say about him and his staff. Dr. Kraucak, being both holistic and an MD, has given us a variety of medical solutions which has helped us overcome many medical problems. He is a great doctor.

Dr. K is knowledgeable and friendly. He explains things in terms you can understand. He tries to help you if you don't know how to relate what is going on inside you. You have a bit of a wait when you get to the clinic, but it's worth the wait.

I am blow away by the level of care I am receiving in this practice. Dr. Kraucak is the most attentive, caring physician I have EVER in my 72 years been in the care of. I am also impressed with the assistance, very professional. So happy I was referred to this practice. Definitely passing that referral forward.
